The project involved end-of-life replacement of power transformers. The scope of protection settings work included the performance review of existing protection schemes settings. This resulted in re-configuration of existing protective relays to comply with protection system performance requirements. The work was undertaken within a challenging timescale but was successfully completed on time and handed over to commissioning team. Power transformers have been put on-load and protection system is in service.
